libemail-messageid-perl software package provides Perl library for unique mail Message-ID generation, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libemail-messageid-perl
libemail-messageid-perl is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libemail-messageid-perl package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libemail-messageid-perl *
You will get with libemail-messageid-perl package name, version, architecture and description in a table
